- •"Customer", "You", "User" refers to the individual or entity booking or using our services.
- •"Website" refers to www.thaientour.com and associated mobile applications.
- •"Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for any service offered by us.
USE OF WEBSITE
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current. Prohibited activities include: • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Using the website to transmit malware or harmful code • Making speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings • Violating intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
How to Book
- •Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation email from us.
Payment Terms
- •We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and digital wallets. Full payment or a specified deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Modifications
- •Requests to modify a booking must be submitted in writing. While we try to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Insurance

Health
- •You must ensure you are medically fit to travel and have received necessary vaccinations.
Compliance
- •You must obey all local laws and regulations of the destination country (Thailand).
COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are committed to providing services with reasonable care and skill. We vet our partners (hotels, drivers, guides) to ensure quality and safety. However, we act as an agent for third-party providers (airlines, hotels) and are not liable for their specific operational failures unless caused by our negligence.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for: • Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or flight cancellations. • Personal injury, death, or loss of property unless directly caused by our proven negligence. • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from services booked through our India office shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts. Any disputes arising from services booked directly via our Thailand office shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve complaints amicably before seeking legal recourse.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
