Thai Cooking Class

Koh Samui's Thai Cooking Classes are among the island's most highly rated experiences, combining culture, food, and fun in a single activity. Classes typically begin with an informative visit to a local fresh market to select ingredients and learn about exotic Thai herbs and spices. Back at the cooking school — usually set in a charming garden or traditional Thai house — students prepare 4 to 5 authentic dishes including classics like Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Thai spring rolls under the guidance of an expert local chef. All dishes are eaten together for lunch at the end. Printed recipe cards are provided to take home.
